Storing one suitcase is easy anywhere. Storing fourteen, belonging to nine people, on a day when everyone has a ferry to catch, is where most luggage storage arrangements quietly fall apart.
One booking, one reference, every size
You do not need to make a separate booking per person. Add up what the group is carrying by size — backpacks, cabin or medium suitcases, large suitcases — enter the quantities in a single booking, and the whole group travels under one reference. A single booking can cover up to 50 bags.
That matters practically, not just administratively. One person can drop off for everybody and one person can collect for everybody, which means the other eight are not standing in the street waiting their turn.
Who tends to book this way
- Families with a checkout in the morning and a flight at night
- Tour groups with a few free hours in Heraklion between stops

What it costs
The standard rates apply per bag, per day: €3 for a backpack, €4 for a cabin or medium suitcase and €5 for a large one, with 10% off for booking online, or 25% off for stays of three days or more. As an example, a group with ten large suitcases and six backpacks for one day comes to €68, or €61.20 with the online discount.
For genuinely large groups, message us on WhatsApp before you book and ask. Group rates are handled case by case rather than by a fixed table — tell us how many bags, what sizes and which day, and we will give you a straight answer.
Two things worth planning
First, count properly before booking rather than guessing, because the price you see is based on what you enter. Second, check your collection time against our hours — Monday to Friday 09:00–21:00, Saturday 09:00–20:00, Sunday 10:00–20:00 — and if you are collecting on a Sunday, or after 15:00 on a Monday, Wednesday or Saturday, book ahead so someone is there to hand fourteen bags back to you.
