Yes. As well as suitcases and backpacks, we store prams, bikes, surfboards, musical instruments and boxes. We don't accept food, and we recommend keeping passports, medication and valuables with you.

Yes. Every bag is tagged and you get a receipt. Our staff keep your bags in a locked storage room with CCTV, for as long as you need.
Do you have luggage lockers?
No — every bag is handed to a person, not left in a self-service locker. We tag it, give you a receipt and keep it in a locked room with CCTV. There is no fixed compartment size, so large suitcases, several bags or a bike are no problem.
How do I pay?
You pay at the store in cash or by card. There is no online payment — booking online simply reserves your spot and gives you a discount.
How do the online discounts work?
Book online and get 10% off automatically — no coupon code required. Leave your luggage for 3 or more days and you'll get 25% off instead.
Can I leave luggage overnight or for a week?
Yes. Overnight, a week or longer all work the same way: you pay per bag per day, and if you leave your luggage for 3 days or more, you get 25% off when you book online. Drop-off and pick-up are during opening hours.
How far are you from the port, the airport bus and the airport?
The airport bus stop is about a 1-minute walk away and Heraklion Port about 15 minutes on foot. Heraklion Airport is around 6.5 km away, and we can arrange an airport transfer for you.
Do you offer rates for large groups?

What if my plans change?
Nothing is paid online, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund — you only pay at the store. If your plans change, just let us know on WhatsApp or by phone.
