How Long Does It Take to Drop Off Your Luggage? About a Minute
Booking takes around 30 seconds, drop-off takes about a minute. No account, no email, no online payment — here is the whole process from start to finish.
You are on holiday. You did not come to Crete to fill in forms. The entire point of how we run this is that storing your bags should take less time than ordering a coffee.
Step one: book online in about 30 seconds
Pick your dates and times, tap the plus button for each bag size you are bringing, type your name and phone number, and submit. That is the whole form. You see your exact price before you confirm, and you get your booking reference immediately.
What we deliberately do not ask for: no account to create, no password to remember, no email address, no card details. There is nothing to verify in your inbox and nothing to pay online.
Step two: walk in and hand over the bags
Come to Sfakianaki 4, give us your name, and hand over your luggage. We match it to your booking and you are back out the door. In practice this is a minute, most of which is saying hello.
Step three: come back and collect
Return any time within your booked window during opening hours, give your name or booking reference, and pay then — cash or card, whichever you prefer. Payment happens at the counter at the end, never online in advance.
How to make it even faster
- Book before you arrive rather than standing outside doing it on your phone
- Have your booking reference or the phone number you booked with ready
- Count your bags by size before you book — backpack, cabin/medium, or large
- If you are arriving Monday, Wednesday or Saturday after 15:00, or any time Sunday, book ahead so someone is expecting you
Can you just turn up?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome during normal opening hours and you do not need a reservation. Booking online simply takes 10% off the price and guarantees someone is there — which matters most during the appointment-only windows above.
